The Flock Together Event

After seeing the results of a student survey sent out in 2018, teachers and administrators at Glendale High School knew something needed to change. Students responded to some hard hitting questions. The survey asked about drug and alcohol use, depression and mental health, and suicidal thoughts and actions. The results of this survey -along with the impact that COVID-19 has had on our students- inspired this event. Focusing on mental wellness, healthy relationships, and healthy lifestyles, a group of students and administrators created an event to reach out to students and provide them with helpful resources.

Through this website students can find help they need in a virtual way. Students are always welcome to reach out to a teacher or counselor at Glendale when they are going through a hard time. However, here they can find some other ways to get help and find someone to talk to during a crisis outside of school.
